Position: Full-Time Bindery Operator
Location: Brookfield WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday Flexible

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and collators.
• Perform high-quality finishing on a variety of print jobs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and print teams to meet deadlines.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial bindery operations.
• Strong knowledge of bindery machinery and finishing techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
